Welcome to Inkspotz Art and Design. My name is Amanda Sapir, and I am a mixed-media artist and jewelry designer based in Colorado.

About my work

My mixed-media pieces portray the objects of my obsession, the people that I admire, and the traits in both that I despise and am fascinated with. I use non-traditional materials, like masking tape and cardboard alongside torn paper and acrylic to expose both the beauty and the flaws of my subjects.

My jewelry designs seek to draw attention to the wearer. They represent my interest in functional art, and are an outlet for my crafty and fun-loving side. I work with wire, glass and stone beads, paillettes, paper, and any other materials that will behave according to the look I am going for. All of my designs are either customizable or one-of-a-kind, so I like to discuss possibilities with the wearer before completing their unique piece.
